- Tickets are completed in the order they are received during support hours.
- If you have hosting with Fusion, submitted tickets will be timed and applied against your plan's allotted time.
- If you do not host with Fusion, we will quote the time anticipated to complete your request.
- You are responsible for any overages and will be billed accordingly unless you note that we should stop when out of time.
